The two-lane, 2.5-kilometer concrete road along the muddy and mountainous terrain of Barangay Nueva Vida in Mâlang, Cotabato is on its final phase, costing P15 million, which includes the construction of a 40-meter parking space under the supervision of the newly-created DPWH Cotabato Sub-District Engineering Office (DEO) under the leadership of District Engineer Eddie M. Amir.
DPWH Cotabato 2nd DEO implemented the first and second phases in 2018 and 2019 with budget allocations of P43 million and P20 million, respectively.
