Ambulance and fuel free…. only in the town of Mlang!

Sa loob ng 13 taon, nagagamit ng libre ng mga mamamayan sa bayan ng Mlang ang ambulance ng Local Government Unit, bilang ayuda sa mga residente ka kakailanganing dalhin sa Davao City para magpagamot.

 

Taong 2007, ipinag-utos nang noon ay mayor na si Joselito Pinol ang pagpapagamit ng dalawang mga ambulansiya ng bayan sa lahat ng mga mamamayan na nangangailangan ng serbisyong medikal lalo na iyong mga may malubhang karamdaman.

 

Sa nakalipas na mahabang panahon, at sa kasalukuyang panunungkulan ni Mayor Russel Abonado, ipinagpatuloy niya ang ganitong Gawain para sa mga mahihirap at kapus na mga kababayan sa bayan ng Mlang.

 

Ipinagmamalaki ng dalawang opisyal na puweding gamitin ng libre at wala nang aalalahanin pang counterpart na pang gasolina ang nangangailangan ng ambulansiya, dahil sinagot na ito ng lokal na pamahalaan.

 

Ang dalawang ambulansiya nap ag aari ng Mlang LGU ang maghahatid papuntang Davao at mag uuwi pabalik ng Mlang sa mga pasyenteng gagamit nito. Ito ang serbisyong tapat at makatotohanan na pinatunayan ng mga magigiting na lider ng bayan ng Mlang. Hindi uso kay Mayor Abonado at Vice Mayor Pinol ang pag uusisa kung ang pasyente ba ay sumuporta sa kanila sa nakaraang halalan.

 

Ang mahalaga sa dalawa ang maisalba ang buhay at matulungan ang mga kababayan na nangangailangan ang agarang medikasyon. Maliban sa out of town na 2 ambulansiya, mayroon pang 3 mga rescue vehicles ang LGU Mlang. Ito ay ginagamit para respindehan ang mga sakuna sa mga pangunahing kalsada ng bayan. Mayroon ding 10 mga sinanay na mga first responders upang aydahan ang mga nasangkot sa aksidente kahit pa nasa malalayong barangay nangyari ang sakuna.

 

Maging ang mga tauhan ng Bureau of Fire Protection ay binigyan din ng kaalaman sa pagbibigay ng first aid upang maging kaakibat ng mga health personnel ng Mlang Rural Health Unit. Ito ang dahlia kung bakit walang patid ang paglalaan ng pondo ng Mlang LGU sa usapin ng kalusugan dahil mahalaga sa kanila ang kapakanan ng kanilang nasasakupan.

 

Kaya ang kasabihang “Go Mlang Rise and Shine” na binuo ni Vice Mayor Joselito Pinol at “Banwa ta Palangaon ta” ni Mayor Russel Abonado ang buhay na saksi sa kanilang pagpupursige na maging maayos, malusog at mapayapa ang bayan ng Mlang. (###MlangNewsandInformationBureau)
